Cardboard Trays

Cardboard Trays

Cardboard trays, also known as fruit trays, are designed for safe and practical packaging. They are most commonly used for packaging apples, and thanks to their shape and durability, they can be stacked in cardboard crates or telescopic boxes, making them suitable for sea transport as well. They represent an eco-friendly solution, as they are made from recycled materials and can be recycled again after use, reducing the environmental impact.

Telescopic Boxes

Telescopic Boxes

Telescopic boxes are specially designed for sea transport and long-distance shipments. They are produced according to standard dimensions, allowing optimal stacking and efficient use of space. They consist of two parts – a base and a lid – which provide additional strength and protection during transport. These boxes ensure the preservation of quality and freshness of the fruits and are most commonly used for packaging apples. A telescopic box can hold 4–5 layers of cardboard trays, providing stability, security, and safe delivery of the products to their destination.

Cushion Pads

Cushion Pads

The cushion pad is used for packaging apples within telescopic boxes and plays a key role in mitigating external impacts during transport. Its function is to provide additional protection for the fruits, shielding them from mechanical damage and external pressures. Thanks to this protection, apples remain fresher, safer, and maintain their quality even during the longest transport routes.

HDPE bag

HDPE bag

The HDPE bag is used as a cover for packaged rows of apples in telescopic boxes. Its role is to prevent direct contact of the product with external factors such as moisture and dirt. In this way, the apples are additionally protected, ensuring they reach the customer in perfect condition and of the highest quality.
